Translate messy, high-level ideas into step-by-step automated workflows that make sense for the end user.
Catch flaws, edge cases and failures before deployment – a QA mindset by default.
Build concrete, reliable systems that scale with the business – not quick fixes.
The role
You are not just a builder here; you are the translator. You sit between the person who pitches the idea and the person who has to use the system every day. We need someone who does not just take a brief and start building – you stop and ask 'why are we doing this?', and if the core reason does not make sense, you help figure out what does.
What you know
n8n: inside and out.
AI systems: comfortable building with generative AI and working with MCPs.
The low-code/no-code ecosystem: visual builders, databases and workflow tools – shipped fast without over-engineering.
Fluent API: webhooks, REST APIs, JSON payloads – you can force two unrelated platforms to talk to each other.
A little code: enough JavaScript or Python to write a custom function node when a visual builder hits a wall.
Building for failure: error handling, retry logic and alerts – you build beyond the happy path.
About you
You believe there is always a solution: when a restriction says no, your brain starts on three workarounds to make it a yes.
You are a tech explorer: dev communities, new tooling, beta releases – you test the latest tech against your existing setups for fun.
What success looks like: your first 90 days
Lead routing and UTM-to-CRM plumbing run reliably with alerting that catches silence, not just errors.
An automation registry exists: every flow named, owned, documented and monitored, so nothing breaks invisibly for five days.
At least one manual process is retired each month, with the hours saved measured and reported honestly.
Where this seat goes
This seat grows toward revenue operations and solutions architecture: designing the systems the whole agency and its clients run on.
How you will work here
Sector cells, not silos. You work inside industry-focused teams alongside strategists, media and creative: close enough to see what your work does to a client’s revenue.
AI-forward by default. Tooling handles the repetitive 80% of every discipline here: you are hired for the judgment on top of it, and trained to keep widening that gap.
Writing culture. Decisions, briefs and reviews live in writing. You will get clearer feedback in a month than most agencies give in a year.
Direct exposure. Client rooms, real numbers, honest reviews: nobody here is kept three layers from the consequences of their work.
Flexi hours, flexi days. On-site, but outcomes over clock-watching: start times, breaks and the occasional day are flexible by policy, not by favour.
