What you will own
Initiate contact with domestic and international prospects – introduce our technical services, qualify leads and schedule consultations.
Receive and accurately process incoming queries from international clients, providing baseline technical information and routing qualified leads.
Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records: lead status, client requirements and follow-up schedules.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to manage international communication processes. You will execute both inbound and outbound call strategies, with a specific focus on technical products and agency services – articulating technical concepts, service scopes and agency offerings to a global and domestic audience with clarity and professionalism.
What you bring
Experience: minimum 2 years of active experience in a BPO environment.
Process expertise: a proven track record of handling international voice processes.
Industry knowledge: prior experience in a Tech BPO is essential – you can demonstrate a foundational understanding of technical terminology and digital services.
Operational range: proficiency in managing both inbound client support and outbound sales campaigns.
What success looks like: your first 90 days
The enquiry queue is yours end to end: every new lead hears a human voice the same day it arrives, and the speed-to-lead clock is visibly beaten week after week.
Your enquiry-to-appointment conversion rate has a baseline and a trend, and both are discussed with you, not about you.
Your CRM notes are clean enough that anyone could pick up any of your leads mid-conversation, and the sales team trusts what you log.
Where this seat goes
This seat grows into inside sales or business development: the qualification judgment you build here is exactly what the BD team runs on.
How you will work here
Sector cells, not silos. You work inside industry-focused teams alongside strategists, media and creative: close enough to see what your work does to a client’s revenue.
AI-forward by default. Tooling handles the repetitive 80% of every discipline here: you are hired for the judgment on top of it, and trained to keep widening that gap.
Writing culture. Decisions, briefs and reviews live in writing. You will get clearer feedback in a month than most agencies give in a year.
Direct exposure. Client rooms, real numbers, honest reviews: nobody here is kept three layers from the consequences of their work.
Flexi hours, flexi days. On-site, but outcomes over clock-watching: start times, breaks and the occasional day are flexible by policy, not by favour.
