What you will own
Own candidate pipeline logistics end to end – sourcing schedules, multi-stage interviews, and a frictionless candidate experience.
Maintain and optimise intricate schedules across departments with zero conflicts.
Draft, refine and rigorously implement company policies with total organisational consistency.
The role
We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven HR Executive to manage the operational foundation of our human resources department. This role is critical to the seamless execution of our recruitment processes and the structural integrity of internal operations. You will serve as the central coordinator for talent acquisition logistics and take ownership of drafting and strictly implementing company policies.
Who you are
Highly structured and methodical: you thrive where calendars are perfectly aligned and processes are clearly documented.
An assertive process enforcer: you do not merely draft policies – you ensure they are followed, across all levels of the organisation.
An exceptional communicator: first point of contact for external talent and the internal anchor for the team; precise, professional, unambiguous.
How you operate
Proactive scheduling: you anticipate calendar bottlenecks and resolve them before they hit the pipeline.
Detail-oriented administration: from a leave policy to an interview itinerary, a zero-defect mentality.
Reliable execution: HR is the backbone of company operations – you keep the administrative engine running without interruption.
What success looks like: your first 90 days
Every open role has funnel metrics someone can read in a minute: applications, stage conversion, time-in-stage, and where candidates stall.
The 48-hour review promise is kept on your watch, and candidates get a decision at every stage, including prompt, respectful nos.
New joiners land on a written 30-60-90 with a manager cadence attached, and month-two attrition has no process story behind it.
Where this seat goes
This seat grows into an HR generalist and people-manager path as the team scales: the systems you build now become the department you run.
How you will work here
Sector cells, not silos. You work inside industry-focused teams alongside strategists, media and creative: close enough to see what your work does to a client’s revenue.
AI-forward by default. Tooling handles the repetitive 80% of every discipline here: you are hired for the judgment on top of it, and trained to keep widening that gap.
Writing culture. Decisions, briefs and reviews live in writing. You will get clearer feedback in a month than most agencies give in a year.
Direct exposure. Client rooms, real numbers, honest reviews: nobody here is kept three layers from the consequences of their work.
Flexi hours, flexi days. On-site, but outcomes over clock-watching: start times, breaks and the occasional day are flexible by policy, not by favour.
